Écoutez si vous voulez faire avancer un projet il faut tout d'abord désigner un responsable puis une échéance (un délai) qui soit raisonnable (machi dans 1 semaine wela 1 mois ...) ensuite le responsable listera tout ce qu'il compte faire et tout ce qu'il lui faut comme moyens humains et matériels pour réaliser ce projet : et à nous tous de lui répondre ....
